Ouch on this one–making fun of someone’s grammar while messing up your post title doesn’t make a very strong case . . .
(hint: it’s not “Gates’” either.)

Thanks for the catch. We really love it when we get caught making a mistake, so please pass along any others you find.
However, we are not sure whose grammar you think we were making fun of. We posted this one because the woman doesn’t know what an Internet browser is.

This is better than the person who asked my co-worker if the Webinar was going to be held in Arizona, since she was planning to be there anyway . . .
to be fair, this was a retired person who works for us on a volunteer basis, but it was still fun times . . .
